Shipping Information:
*Orders are shipped by UPS ground. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
*Most orders ship within 1-2 days. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
*If multiple items are ordered and one or more items are on backorder, we will ship all available items immediately and then ship the backordered items as they become available at no additional cost.
*Expedited delivery may be available, for an additional fee. Please contact us at puppy.party.place@hotmail.com for more information.
*Most orders can be tracked by using the tracking number found on your confirmation email. Please contact us if you need additional assistance.
Returns and Exchanges:
*We are very happy you have chosen The Puppy Party Place!! We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. If for some reason you need to make a return we offer a 7 day return policy on most products.
*Please contact us at puppy.party.place@hotmail.com to arrange a return or exchange.
*All items must be returned in an "unused and original condition" in its original packaging.
*For your protection we recommend that you get a receipt from your shipper/mailer and insure your package for the amount of the value of the product being returned.
*Shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable.
*If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 76 hours of delivery and we will be happy to correct the problem.
*We CAN NOT accept returns or exchanges on sale items, beds, treats, carriers, food, and customized or personalized items.
*For holiday dog clothing and accessories, including wedding apparel and Halloween costumes, a one time exchange is allowed, no returns.
Order Cancellations or Changes:
*We process orders within 1-2 business days. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order by emailing us at puppy.party.place@hotmail.com.
*We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible and carefully proofread your order confirmation for any errors or typos.
